Although official transport arrangements have not yet been confirmed, Adelaide Metro is expected to play a central role in moving fans to and from the MotoGP event at the Adelaide Street Circuit.

For major motorsport events in the city, Adelaide Metro typically increases services and introduces dedicated event transport to manage higher passenger demand and reduce congestion around the circuit.

Adelaide Metro services during the event

Based on previous large-scale events, fans can reasonably expect:

• Increased train services to and from Adelaide Railway Station
• Additional tram and regular bus connections across the CBD
• Dedicated event shuttle buses linking central city locations with key access points around the 3.2 km street circuit
• Extra O-Bahn bus services to support higher passenger volumes

Event shuttle buses have previously operated at frequent intervals throughout the day, particularly from areas such as North Terrace near Adelaide Railway Station. Similar arrangements could be introduced for MotoGP, especially during peak arrival and departure times.
